customers of the Company. An existing customer shall be
one who has placed orders with the Company in the last 3 months.

to any third party, under any circumstances, and you should be aware

on the Website, you would be in breach of this contract.

to your contracts, account details and pricing. The Company will protect
this information by issuing passwords to you and warrants that it will
not disclose your passwords or details to any third party and you warrant
that you will not share any information on the Website with any third party.

In the event of you either ceasing to trade with the Company, or the
Company suspending trading with you, for whatever reason, it is a condition
of this contract that you stop using the Website immediately. The Company
will disable your Website account.

The Company reserves the right to disable your Website account without
notice should problems be experienced with the management of your trading
or Website accounts.

By logging into this site, you are confirming that
you have read and agree to the company’s terms and conditions of
trading, have read the sites terms and conditions and are authorised to enter into this legally binding contract.

In the event of any breach of this contract by you, or by personnel
authorised by you to use the Website, the Company will take legal action
against you to recover costs and damages incurred as a result of the breach.

This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and should
any dispute arise in relation to it, dispute resolution in the form of
litigation shall be resolved according to English law in the Lincoln
County Court or in the Lincoln District Registry of the High Court.
